David Ochieng, the issues you have raised are administrative and, as hon. Kajuju has said, you want to raise it with the administration. That is the proper route. Should there be difficulties, let us know. It is true that, given the unique nature of that Committee, there will be overlaps because there will be matters to do with finance which fall within the East African region. There will also be matters to do with foreign relations within the East African region. I thought that was raised. For me, I think it is not a difficult thing to resolve. But I think you have raised a fundamental point that things are happening within the East African region - and especially the Summit - and I have not seen any representation from your Committee. I have seen requests for permission to travel. I think Members are beginning to apply Article 103(1)(b) of the Constitution correctly.
