    "content": "The Member who has spoken before me has said that a policeman caught a driver of a Member of Parliament making a U-turn at the wrong place. I just want to say that it is wrong for a Member of Parliament, even if he or she is going to attend an important meeting to break the law because we all have to obey the law. You will be respected if you obey the law. So, I appeal to Members of Parliament that while we have this Committee of Powers and Privileges, we should carry ourselves with decorum."
