    "content": "Secondly, the minimum marriage age has been set out. Of course, some cultures have been misusing this aspect. In this Bill, the minimum marriage age has been set out. This stops the cultures that have had an opportunity of “selling off” their daughters and denying them an opportunity to be educated. This trend will come to an end. It is important that the Bill has now given a certain limit, as indicated therein, to qualify for marriage, which of course must be consented and be between members of the opposite sex."
