    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, we are also protecting children who are 18 years and below from getting married when they are still defined as children. I am happy to hear the Member from Narok support this because we know that it is a real issue in many communities in Kenya. We are having children as young as 9 or 12 years old getting married. Now we can protect them through this law."
