    "content": "I pray that with this law we will be able to protect marriages. We will also be able to protect the people in these marriages, whether women or men. We will also protect the children that are conceived in these marriages. I would like to urge this Parliament to pass this Bill as soon as possible so that we can protect our families and country. I believe that this is a great day for all those who are in marriage unions and all those that intend to get into marriage unions like my sister from Kuria, so that all of us can be happy in our families, communities and the nation as a whole.
