    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I do not want to challenge the ruling of the Chair, but what I am saying is within the report that was sent to the Office of the Speaker of the Senate by the Auditor General. I am not talking about something which is not in the public domain. The report is in your office and you will produce copies and give them to the Members of the Senate. Mr. Speaker, Sir, without wasting time, I want to say the following. I know Governor Wambora and he is a good friend of mine. I knew him even when we were dealing with the issues of the Kenya Airports Authority, where he was the Chairman. But my brother, Wambora, seems to be out of control completely. He does not know what is happening in his office. So, if he lacks the capacity to be a true administrator and manager, I do not think that he has any other option than to say: This work is too much for me and I cannot cope with it. I do accept the ruling that will be given by the Senate. To me, the ruling and the verdict that is about to be delivered is: “Mr. Wambora, please, this work is too much for you.
