    "content": "I think it is high time we became serious and passed this Motion, because Kenyans are getting restless. If we do not take this action, they might demonstrate all over the country and evict some of these Governors; because their appetite for misappropriation, misallocation of resources that are meant to help people is growing every day. We are suffering in Turkana; there is a famine and yet we know what is happening. The Governor has decided to misallocate all the money to buy vehicles, to inflate tenders, throwing away all the money that was meant to help the people of Turkana."
