    "content": "Thank you Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise to support the Motion. I think the Constitution is clear that the Governors are the Chief Executive Officers of the counties and ignorance of the law is no defence. Governors must take responsibility in their counties. As I recommend for the exit of the Governor, I also recommend that the sub-ordinate staff should also step aside until further investigations are done.
