    "content": " Order, Senators! I have a second Communication to make. Hon. Senators, as you are aware, I led a delegation of the Kenya Parliament, on behalf of the two Houses, to the 130th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) that was held from 16th to 20th March, 2014 in Geneva Switzerland. The delegation comprised of two Senators, Sen. Stephen Sang and Sen. Catherine Mukiite, and five Members of the National Assembly; hon. David Kosing, hon. Kabando wa Kabando, hon. Mishi Juma, hon. Boniface Gatobu and hon. Alice Wahome. Hon. Senators, the IPU, as you are aware, is the international organization of parliaments that was established as the focal point for worldwide parliamentary dialogue and co-operation amongst people and for the firm establishment of representative democracy.
