    "content": "participation in the Senate structure should be: “The Senate will discuss these Bills in the Second Session” So, every Senator runs with those Bills to their people. By the time they come here, the whole country will be debating those Bills and talking about their aspirations. We do not want to do things in the traditional way that we understand. This Senate must borrow, but also integrate its own tradition and practices. We cannot only have the Senate traditional practice that heavily borrows from existing practices of when we had a Unicameral House. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I also hope that this opportunity will be used by the Senators to tour one another’s county. The other day Sen. Every place that we go to there is always excitement. I will be going to Isiolo where I have been invited. So, I think that we must do this kind of thing, so that the Senate now establishes itself in terms of its overall thorax, as an institution that backs one another.
