    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to speak specifically about the Committee on Delegated Legislation, where I sit. We had started the exercise of building the capacities of our colleague Members who are in the Committee on Delegated Legislation within all the counties. This will give us a good opportunity to continue doing that so that, being the pioneer Senate after the promulgation of the new Constitution, we really have a lot of work to do to help them come up with their policies, rules, regulations and generally also to create awareness among the people at large in the country. So, this will give us a well focused programme. I, therefore, beg to support. Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
