Even as we would like to get the answer from the senior most people in the Ministry, the matter we are talking about can be handled by the head, even at the level of the county or district. Therefore, we should not allow the Chairperson of the Committee to delay the answer that would, probably, ignite the possibility of power coming back just because they are waiting for the Cabinet Secretary. The Cabinet Secretary is not the person who is responsible for this final touch. The statement should be brought immediately this week."
