    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I agree that the most important thing is to have the power in town. This is a matter of generators, procurement of spares and so on. I want to assure Sen. Billow that the Committee shares his concerns. In fact, we do not see why it should have taken that long. However, I want to assure him that we are pushing to ensure that power is restored even before we come to give a statement as to why it happened and what should be done so that it does not happen."
