    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, thank you for allowing me to seek a statement from the Chairperson of the Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations. On Sunday, 23rd March, 2014, at Kamukuywa Market in Kimilili Constituency, Bungoma County, a young man was walking home in the evening. He was accosted and arrested by administration police officers (APs) who are in a camp at Kamukuywa Market. They took him to the camp and thoroughly and brutally assaulted him.
