I would like him to come back and consider the situation of the police in Loima Division, being deployed in areas where there is insecurity. Could he also explain why the Government has not deployed officers, when I have given them a police station in an area known as Kotarugu just because they say there is no water? Who is supposed to provide water? Those policemen should drink the water that my people drink, so that they know what it means to be neglected and marginalized this long."
