"content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, it looks like we lack skills, especially in our police force. These people are not doing their job. We need people who will work to defend the lives of Kenyans. The police force is employed basically to ensure that Kenyans have security. Therefore, if they cannot do their job, then they must be relieved of their duties and other people employed, so that this problem is solved. We must be willing to go down and investigate the cause of this problem. Why are we having rising cases of attacks in Mombasa? It means that there is a problem that needs to be investigated. This problem needs to be dealt with. We should not just talk about insecurity and forget about it."
