    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I want to thank the Mover of this Motion because of how critical this issue of insecurity is. There is an initiative called the Nyumba Kumi. We need to know its achievement. Is it really working? It is all about security in Kenya. The issue of being vigilant is for all of us; it is every Kenyans’ responsibility. We should not shift blame or politicize the issue of insecurity in this country because every Kenyan is now worried about what is happening. We are left to wonder; what next? Right now, we are focusing our minds in Mombasa. Next time we do not know which city or town will be targeted. So, I think the issue is just to beef up security in this country everywhere and at all levels. Even parents at home and Kenyan citizens have to be alert and even alert the security personnel when it comes to some fishy---"
