Pursuant to Standing Order No.44(2)(c), I wish to request for a Statement from the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security concerning the murder of Mr. Zakayo Kathia also popularly known as Musete at K.K. Market in Igembe Central. Two weeks ago, Mr. Zakayo Kathia was amongst several activists who entertained guests, including Deputy President hon.
