Speaker, finally, on Accountability Kenya, I wish to inform the House that Accountability Kenya is a national initiative of PAC jointly with the PACs of all the 47 county assemblies in the country. It was born in November, 2013 at a ceremony in Naivasha that was graced by yourself, hon. Speaker, and attended by 400 delegates from across Kenya and Africa. Accountability Kenya has since quickly evolved into a network of institutions and organizations responsible for ensuring enhanced financial accountability in the public sector in Kenya."
