    "content": "Thank you very much hon. Speaker, for giving me this chance to speak. Before I speak, first of all, allow me to thank you for nominating me and hon. (Ms.) Mitaru, the Embu CWR, to represent the National Assembly at the Commonwealth Parliamentary Session on Human Rights Forum. It was a good learning session in protecting and promoting human rights. I do thank you for that. Having made those preliminary remarks, I would like to say that I oppose the adoption of this Report in its current form. Looking at this Report, it is a report that lacks in content and the recommendations are at variance with the observations. Of course, hon. Abongotum knows that and he is my very good friend. I respect him but in terms of documentary work and this Report, I really think that he failed. The mandate of this particular Committee was very specific.
