    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, when I look at this Report, I see that there are issues with respect to immigration services. I know that there have been issues for a long of time. I have a lot of confidence in the new Director of Immigration, Mrs. Jane Waikenda and what she has done because the problems that have been there are systemic. However, let us have a real report that actually looks at the root cause of this problem and the root cause of radicalisation is youth unemployment and youth disengagement.
