We also do know that HIV infection is highest among the group of men who have sex with men. According to a Kenya HIV/AIDS survey, actually the highest rate of new infections is in this group of men who have sex with men. I want to throw in a word of caution; these men who have sex with other men have families. Actually, during the day, they have their men, including some found where we walk.
