    "content": "The problem we have now is that the amounts allocated to do some of these projects are so little that they can only do small dams that can hardly hold any water. Could we target dams that are bigger in size or capacity and that can hold water for a long period? It might be useful to do two or three in a constituency which will hold a lot of water rather than doing five or so very small dams."
