    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I believe you confused me because I wanted to move the amendment right from the start to the bottom. It was to start with the definition. Whoever was typing this Order Paper, typed Clause 2 there instead of Clause 3. It should be reading:- “Clause 3 be deleted and replaced with the following new clause- 3. The principal Act is amended in Section 2 by inserting the following new definition in its proper alphabetical sequence. I am defining “vehicle” to include a motor vehicle, motorcycle, bicycle and any other conveyance used on the road. My intention here is to encourage---"
