For any of these amendments to reach the Floor of the House, they had gone through various stages of confirmation. You have clarified that. Whatever has reached the Floor of the House has already been confirmed to be constitutional and obeying all the Standing Orders. I know he might have quoted one and I am not a specialist in the Standing Orders, but the experts within Parliament must have gone through and approved it. So, I believe this is constitutional and it is in order."
