(Ms) Odhiambo-Mabona that have never formed a government and have no possibilities of forming governments, they have that excitement of trying to fly the Kenyan flag because--- I oppose this amendment because of the reasons earlier stated. I kindly ask you, please, hold your horses until such a time that you are able to form a government and fly a flag. That is because it is something that is revered and respected. It is not for everyone. I oppose."
