    "content": "We do not want to dilute the Executive powers of Kenya. We are all eying that position and when we allow everybody to just flay that flag, it will be dilute. We want to maintain the integrity and dignity of the Executive power. I want to thank the Members of this House for being very intelligent and focused. I want to pass this message to Cabinet Secretaries. We have not reduced their salaries. We have not done anything, but we have created order."
