    "content": "The county flag is a small flag. We are discussing about the Kenyan flag. I am on record here saying that county flags have elephants and other things decorated on them. We want the governors to fly the Kenyan flag. I support the Bill and I thank the House for putting its effort in this Bill. For the governors, I plead that we allow them to fly the Kenyan flag.
