    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, once again, I really want to thank the Attorney- General who gave us plenty of time and took us through all the problems that he is facing. I cannot agree less with the comments of the Senator. Yes, there are some delays which we have noted. This is attributed to the fact that before these recommendations are sent to His Excellency the President. They are sent to the National Security Committee which takes time to go through them. We have recommended and we will follow up to ensure that it is revised. First, the list should go to the National Committee to peruse and then go back to the Committee to verify that the record remains intact and then after that, The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor, Senate."
