I rise to give my views on this particular Bill and, of course, to support it and to ask some clarification on some issues which I am sure the Minister will be looking at as he goes further into developing it. Let me start by appreciating that we have always wanted a Supreme Court, especially for the issues that are well enumerated in the Articles (12), (13) and (14). From the outset, I look forward to the Supreme Court being able to deliver justice to this country because we always feel like justice has a lid."
