Senators, before we proceed to the next Order, as correctly observed by many Senators, and in particular the Senator for Vihiga County, we have Motions under Order Nos.11, 12, 13, 14 and 15. Given the powers given to me under Standing Order No.39 (2) and, in consultations with the Mover of the Motion on Order No.14, Order No.14 will not be taken today.
