    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I stand to support this Bill, and it is coming at a very important time when this country is engaged in a number of reforms, more specifically reforms in the judicial sector. You remember in 2007, Kenyans, and more so the political leadership in this country, reached a stage where they said they could not go to court in order to solve political and election disputes. They were right in the sense that a time had come when the High Court, Court of Appeal and the judicial system in this country was bedeviled with corruption, nepotism, favouritism and all kinds of ills. For us not to go back to those days and to go to the time when the people of this country will not lose faith in the judicial system, this Supreme Court Bill--- I think this Bill will be the panacea to our problems."
