    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is again another very important point. I have been looking for an occasion to say it in relation to the Judicial Service Commission (JSC). My reading of the Constitution is that the judicial authority is to the courts and the tribunals; it is not to the Commission and it is there in black and white. So, any organization which is created under any law or under the Constitution must be subject to the oversight role of Parliament. That is very clear. Today, the Senator for Elgeyo Marakwet is behaving very well."
