He can do the lesson as a Member of the Bar, but no other lesson. In fact, on this question, because we are discussing international law and relations, the Senate Minority Leader is not qualified to be my student. So, in matters of the legal profession in the Bar, I can be his student, but in these other matters, he is not even qualified to sit in my class. He will fail the exam!"
