    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I also wish to take this opportunity to congratulate His Excellency the President and the entirely leadership of the National Security Council and indeed all Kenyans for the deployment of the security forces to help in a neighbouring country. This message of congratulating and showing support for His Excellency the President is a morale booster for our soldiers when they are on the ground maintaining peace. One of the things that we know is that there is actually no peace to keep in South Sudan. This is one of the things that we must admit and therefore prepare ourselves. There is no peace in South Sudan. Last night, there was a lot of fighting in the Upper Nile and they are planning to attack South Sudan.
