    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, as I conclude, there are issues of disappearing court files, bribery and looking for a judge that is nice to you, and not going to court. I expect these issues will be handled by the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court will not only be dealing with the administration of that particular court, but the Chief Justice sitting in it will also oversee the performance of the entire judiciary. In fact, the Chief Registrar’s job will be to ensure the rest of the performance is good. I really expect that this country will rise to occasion. This country will appreciate that there is a new dispensation."
