I wish to state as follows as per the Statement from the Cabinet Secretary in charge of national security. Hon. Deputy Speaker, the Penal Code, Cap.63 of the Laws of Kenya, Sections 162, 163 and 165 prohibit unnatural acts between human beings and between human beings and animals. Contrary to the hon.
