Let me, first of all, indicate that it is important that the Minister has brought this very important Bill to this House. More funds must be allocated to this Ministry, because in this country there are neglected areas which require courthouses. For example, in Turkana Central and other areas of this country, miscarriage of justice is a feature which has been known for quite some time. Therefore, the Supreme Court should address this issue."
