We have a big population in Eastlands and Dandora. Could this money be used to buy storage tanks? The population in Mombasa is growing and there is lack of water. Could we consider buying storage tanks, so that water is stored and supplied to the local residents? Could we consider using the money to provide storage tanks in big cities?
