    "content": "Order, hon. Members! It is quite true what many Members have already alluded to. The fact is that the passage of this amendment will negate all that has been done since morning. Nonetheless, we should have dispensed of it first before doing the other so that, if it passed, then the rest would not be valid then. Now that it has come in this order, I think the best way of disposing it at this point is really through the Members themselves. We put the Question and either it is passed or not.
