    "content": "The national flag is very important to all of us. The Bill is not prohibiting anybody to have flags in their respective homes, in their cars and in the places of work. I know that the national flag is already being flown by institutions and in places of business. What we are saying in this Bill is that we only allow those in the Executive to fly the national flag as a symbol of national unity."
