    "content": "I support this Bill because of the waiver it gives to certain very important items relating to the daily common life of mwananchi, like milk, making it possible for Kenyans to afford milk for infants. As it is now, infant milk is too expensive for ordinary Kenyans to provide it to their children. This amendment Bill gives us an opportunity to rectify that mistake."
