Speaker, from the outset, I want to apologize on behalf of those chairs. I want to apologize to the House on their behalf because this is a very serious matter. At 2.30 p.m. every Wednesday afternoon, there is a session of the House and this document is in the website from as early as 4.00 p.m. This is total disregard of the leadership roles that this House has bestowed upon them.
