    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this Ministry is performing its duties selectively, just like the Ministry of Local Government. When the construction work on this road began, properties belonging to poor Kenyans were demolished without any compensation from the Government. When dealing with similar cases, for example, during the expansion of Mombasa Road, there were so many buildings which were to be demolished but we saw Ministers and the Prime Minister forming a task force that stopped the demolition of the said buildings."
