Speaker, the Chairperson should inquire into and report on the following:- (i) the status of ongoing distribution of relief food supplies to vulnerable parts of the country, and more specifically relief food supplies from the national Government to Turkana County; (ii) the number of people so far reached by the relief food supplies in the particular county; (iii) the duration for continued distribution of relief food supplies until the situation stabilises in the affected areas; and, (iv) the logistical and corruption-free measures that have been put in place to facilitate smooth distribution of relief food supplies to the victims of drought."
