    "content": "Hon. Members, as you may have noticed, there are numerous construction works taking place within the precincts of Parliament. The ongoing works are in tandem with the resolve of the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC) to make the precincts of Parliament more habitable to the expanded membership and to enhance safety and security. In this regard, the Commission has since engaged a contractor to commence the construction of an office block next to Continental House. The building will accommodate more Committee Rooms and related infrastructure. The office block will cover part of the car park that is situated at Continental House and the adjacent space."
