Many projects are stalling because of the red tape, or bureaucratic procedures in procurement. I am happy to have heard the Leader of Majority Party today read the first Bill on the issue of business legislation. We must again look at the issue of procurement, so that many projects can commence within the coming year and that the same is not bogged down by unnecessary procurement red tape."
