    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Motion. I stand to support this Motion. I must start by expressing my appreciation to the Committee, to which I am a Member and the leadership of our Chair. It was hard work and one of the reasons that have been noted is that we got the Report late. I think that has been said as an extremely important point.
