    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker for giving me this chance to contribute towards this very important Motion on the BPS. If we are to move ahead, we have to cater for 60 per cent of the youth in this country. We have to give them a budget as this will move the economy of this country forward. As I speak, we are about to distribute to our youth the Uwezo Fund, but the majority of them do not have enough skills to move forward in business. That is one of the things that we should do to make our young people more effective in business.
