    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, we also need to create Level 4 Hospitals in every constituency, so that Kenyans across the country can be served adequately. I am speaking on this matter knowing very well that I come from a constituency where we do not have even a health centre. I do not have a sub-district hospital. I only have dispensaries. Even talking about free maternity services, I do not have a maternity wing anywhere in my constituency, whereas people in other constituencies enjoy these services. Therefore, we need to have at least a Level 5 Hospital in every constituency, so that we can all benefit from health services."
